The OPEN UP project is going on and Ludza Town Library is organising educative, entertaining, interactive and informative OPEN LESSONS for any interested child. On the 25th of September the topic of the lesson is “Images of fantasy”. The lesson starts at 2 p.m. If you are in Ludza with your child at this time, come to Ludza Town Library – the second floor, Stacijas Street 41.
