Description: Latvian Rural Advisory and Training Centre (LRATC) was founded on February 1, 1991. At the moment LRATC provides its consultations (agriculture, fishery, forestry) and commercial services (incl. advice for crop and livestock farming, agri-environmental advice, accounting, economy, trainings) and other activities to over 20000 farmers and rural businesses in 26 regional offices.
