Description: Dundaga municipality is located in the northern part of Kurzeme, it`s total area is 675,04 km2. Municipality has a 35 km long border with the Baltic Sea and the Gulf of Riga. Number of population in 2017 - 4221 inhabitants. Forests cover 72,4% of the municipaliyu area, while agricultural land only 15,3%. Approximately 28% of the total area is covered by specially protected nature territories.
