Nida Art Colony of Vilnius Academy of Arts invites to five-day long program of practical seminars and creative workshops “Fresh UX Academy” within the framework of the project “Paradigm shift from traditional to creative industries – the essence for sustainable regional development” (CCI & Sustainability).
Nida Art Colony of Vilnius Academy of Arts invites creative industries students and professionals to apply for intense seminar ar workshop program “Fresh UX Academy”. This five days long workshop should become a knowledge platform for designers, programmers and digital marketing interested individuals to get basic practical knowledge on user experience (UX) design principles and practical use in everyday tasks. User experience (UX) design based thinking became a key methodology in implementation of online and other digital media projects. Workshops will be held by world leading UX design company Wix.com tutors who will work with individually with workshop participants. The five-day session will focus on gaining an understanding the usage of UX design principles in everyday tasks.

Practical seminars and creative workshops will be held from 11 to 15 November in Nida Art Colony of Vilnius Academy of Arts premises.
Four participants from Latvia – two from “Liepaja Music, Art and Design School” (PIKC LMMDV), two from Kuldiga, Latvia, as well two Klaipeda Culture Communication Center (KKKC) are invited to participate in the workshop “Fresh UX Academy”. The cost of their accommodation, catering and tutorship will be covered by the funds of the project CCI & Sustainability.

The educational programme of Nida Art Colony of Vilnius Academy of Arts is held in the framework of joint project No. LLI-338 Paradigm shift from “traditional” to creative industries – the essence for sustainable regional development. LLI-338 (CCI & Sustainability), implemented under the INTERREG V-A Latvia – Lithuania Cross Border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020. Leading partner: Kuldīga District Municipality, project partners: Klaipeda Culture Communication Center, Nida Art Colony of Vilnius Academy of Arts, and The Centre of Competency Based Professional Education “Liepaja Music, Art and Design School”. The total budget of the project is EUR 220,193.06, including EUR 187,164.08 of the ERDF funding.
