Active senior day in Liepaja

This public event aim is to raise awareness about elderly, process of aging and importance of physical activity in senior age.
During the event physiotherapist will inform elderly about appropriate physical activity for seniors, as well as fitness class on chairs will be lead by fitness trainer and nutritionist will tell about best nutrition for seniors after age 64.
During the event there will be senior creative craft work exhibition and health measurements for seniors.
