The Version 2 of the Programme Manual for the second call for proposals has been published and is effective starting from April 26, 2018. It has to be applied during the implementation of the projects approved under the second call for proposals.

The changes were done to clarify and provide explanations to some of the requirements.

Also updated are requirements of project communication – some rules for project communication issues are explained more detailed and some requirements are softened.

Updated Manual can be found here. For your convenience all the changes in the document are highlighted. We encourage the project partners to study the Programme Manual very carefully.
