Until the end of November, all visitors of Kaunas city municipality (Laisves aleja 96, Kaunas) in a hall next to the main entrance can visit travelling photo exhibition of the Programme. The exhibition is organised to highlight the 10th anniversary of the Latvia-Lithuania Programme.

Photos of the exhibition are made by two famous Latvian photographers Ilmārs Znotiņš and Jānis Deinats. The photographers visited project supported by the Programme, and captured their impressions how the projects have changed lives of people living in the cross-border regions of Latvia and Lithuania.
