Kurzeme Business Incubator in cooperation with association Green and Smart Technology Cluster, invites to apply for the August 8th seminar “Coffee with Expert”. The theme of the meeting at this time is – Use of LEAN system in a company.
The LEAN system is a set of management principles and methods that focus on value to the end user and creating value for the company’s product / service by directly linking it to the wishes of the end consumer. The aim is to help the company understand its problems and think about what customers really need. To prevent this system from failing, you need to be fast, efficient, and deliver the value that the customer wants and is ready to buy. It is important to develop models for product development.
Dainis Līnis, the manager of the gas station “Circle K” Saldus and Sandra Austruma, the sales manager of Kurzeme region, will share about how the system is used at the “Circle K” gas station.
After the event “Coffee with Expert”, visitors will have the opportunity to visit the “Circle K” Saldus gas station, to see in person how the LEAN system is being applied and how it works, as well as to get acquainted with the news of the “Circle K” Saldus gas station.
