Due to modifications made by the developers of the electronic Monitoring System (eMS) there is a need to install updated version of the eMS.
Technical works will be done on 12 July 2016 from 17:00 till 19:00 when the eMS temporarily will not be accessible.

Users can safely work in the eMS till indicated time, just before leaving do not forget to save all entered information. After performed update all saved information will stay in the application forms.

The following modifications will be performed in the eMS:

• Due to new implemented strategy for figures rounding (calculation of flat rates and co-financing rate) project budget amounts in the application forms could slightly differ to the versions before.
• Due to technical errors the length of input fields in the application form will be changed. There was a problem when visible length of input field (10000 symbols) did not match to actual length of field. Please see updated input fields with actual number of symbols.
• Automatic financial tables in section „Project budget overview” will be slightly changed by splitting them into tables with total values (ERDF co-financing 85% plus national co-financing 15%) and tables with fund values (ERDF co-financing 85%) .
• Small technical adjustments in WP titles in section “Work Package List” – added letters “P” for WP “Preparation”, “M” for WP “Management”, “T1” for WP “Implementation” and “C” for WP “Communication”.
