During its second meeting Monitoring Committee (MC) of Interreg V-A Latvia – Lithuania  programme 2014 – 2020 selected 41 projects for funding out of 158 applications submitted for the 1^st Call for Proposals. MC meeting was held in Anykščiai, Lithuania, on January 23-24, 2017. During the meeting timeframe also for the 2^nd Call for Proposals was set: launch on 27 March, 2017; submission deadline 31 May, 2017, MC decision in November 2017. Moreover, decisions were made to approve the programme Evaluation plan, changes in the Rules of procedures of the MC and Technical Assistance budget for 2017, including savings from 2016.

The amount from the European Regional Development Fund to be allocated to approved projects value to maximum 20 862 958 EUR. All Lead Partners of submitted applications will be informed within two weeks.
