Informative videos have been developed about the establishment of Jelgava region and Auce day centers and their future plans, which were demonstrated at the experience exchange event.

Trust, help and be – these words are included in the name of Jelgava County Day Center “UPE”, which is located in Lielplatone Parish and will fully open in January 2022. The daily activities in the center will include cooking, gymnastics, handicrafts, themed activities, as well as consultations with specialists. According to project manager Ieva Zeiferte, multifunctional social services centres are a sensible solution for small populated areas, since combining administrative, specialist, equipment and space resources under one roof provides social services for a number of target groups.
