After the product is produced it needs to be delivered to the customer.  There are open places for trade in every municipality in Utena and Latgale region, but to sell local products as meat or cheese, one should have a food truck or a kiosk.

There are no chances that every small-scale producer will be able to buy a food truck and all of them waste their time standing in line waiting for the customers. Therefore representational  food truck was purchased by project Lead partner- Lithuanian farmers union Zarasai unit  in the frame of the project No. LLI-416 LOCAL FOODS to support local food products promotion and sales in the beginning.

The purchased specialised used car  -food truck is already adopted specifically for transporting and selling foods (including those, that require specific temperature regimes), with installed all necessary equipment- fridge, counter, generators, shelves, etc.

Project partners hope taht the food truck will be usefull for promotion and representation of local products in Utena-Latgale region.
