Description: State Border Guard of the Republic of Latvia is a direct administration State institution, under the supervision of the Ministry of the Interior. State Border Guard is responsible for guarding and control of the State border, as well as for issues, which are associated with the control of the observance of the entry, residence, exit and transit of aliens and stateless persons regulations.
