1st mentor network training course – “Processes of the negotiation”

Latvian Rural Advisory and Training Centre organize 1 st  training session for TOP20 consultants who will teach mentors in Latvia and Lithuania.

TOP20 consultants will be trained how to apply innovative education approaches in entrepreneur’s consultancy totally in 4 training sessions. In the beginning of activity it will be trained 20 TOP consultants, who will multiply knowledge and methods to other mentors and consultants – about 150 mentors and consultants in Latvia and Lithuania.

All together there are planned 4 different training courses (each 3 day training course with international lecturers):

1. Training course – “Processes of the negotiation“
2. Training course – “Tools and methods for mentor‘s development“
3. Training course – “Mentoring of the business development“;
4. Training course – “Development of the business ideas“.

1st training course topics:

• Arrangement of advisory processes
• Skills involved in interacting with clients and mentors during advisory process
• Skills involved in addressing clients needs
• Facilitation and Discussion group management
• Principles of facilitation and applicability of those during discussions at group meetings Facilitators role
• Facilitation methodologies
• Different methodologies of facilitation
• Body language; questioning planning an efficient discussion group meeting
