Action “Open days in countryside in Latvia and Lithuania”

“Lauku ceļotājs” in cooperation with countryside tourism association of Lithuania organize action “Open days in countryside”, which will take place in Latvia and Lithuania on 27th and 28th May. Aim of this action is to promote traveling to countryside, where can taste there grown and produced products, as well as enjoy activities and feelings that can experiece in countyside.
This year the accent is on the farms that are open for visitors and where can explore and experience agronomical processes from the beginnings till novadays, participate in degustations and workshops, where ancient heritage will be presented in todays life (fish smoking, pottery etc).
