Business Simulation Game Nr. 3 / Production / Game No. 1

The aim of the game is to prepare target group representatives for start-up and/or gradual and successful development of their
businesses in the real world. The game emphasize the importance of such transversal skills, as systems thinking, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, communication and negotiation skills, creativity, time management skills, team working skills, persistence and determination in entrepreneurship.

The 6th business simulation game will take place on 19 September 2018 at Daugavpils University. Players will have an opportunity to go through a set of situations typical for manufacturing companies and find their own solutions to make them succeed. Not only will it be an exciting process, but the game will also raise important concepts from management, marketing and advertising, finance, and human resource management.

Players will compete in mixed teams having representatives from 6 Latvian and Lithuanian regions. Various tasks will allow looking at entrepreneurship from different angles, thus providing an all-round understanding of it.

The game is free and will be held in English.
Travel costs will be covered by organizers.
