On the 19th August 2018 from 11.00 till 13.00 o`clock Liepāja Central scientific library and children`s library “Vecliepājas rūķis” invite you to a Games Day outdoors in Liepāja Seaside park for the whole family – “Catch the taste of the game” (Library goes out in the city/Bibliotēka dodas pilsētā). In the event will occure summer creative workshop.
Soon will be September, when many of you will be called for the school or kindergarten, but for mothers, fathers and grandparents will start a serious and tense examination time. Therefore, in order to enjoy the last summer moments and feel get together, hazard and victorious exultation, the Library invites you together with our good friend Luste and her brother Gusts to a fun and exciting game moments in the Seaside Park of Liepaja – at the Children’s Square.
Games are a wonderful way to feel and experience emotions, to learn communication and social contact with others, learn to experience the triumph of pleasure and accept loss. Games allow you for some time to get rid of everyday rush and intensive rhythm of life, be together with your loved ones and friends. Games enrich fantasy, logical and strategic thinking.
Event is organized within the framework of Latvia – Lithuania cross border project – LLL-110 “Development of Innovative library solutions for different generations in the border region”.
