Creative music workshop within the project LLI-282 Youth empowerment

From August 19 to 24,2018 within the project No.LLI-282 Youth empowerment the first creative workshop will be organised where 40 youth at risk (20 from Kuldiga, Latvia and 20 from Panevežys, Lithuania) will come together .

The workshop is intended to focus on personal development, growth, emphasizing the importance of music in this process. Activities within the workshop will promote teamwork, ability to work together and decision making. Through different non-formal education methods youngsters will learn how to talk, present themselves, communicate, co-operate etc. gaining necessary confidence for further involvement in different activities and active decision-making, also intercultural dialogue will be promoted. Different cultural and active sport activitvies will be provided and youngsters from both countries will work towards a common goal – a concert which will be held at the end of the workshop.
