International Arts Festival “Colours”

The festival is attended by – students or young people aged 6-30 with special educational needs (except those arising from exceptional talents) and able to play music, sing, dance, play single or in groups.
The topic of the Festival – „Fairy tales“.
The genre of the Festival performance is freely chosen.
The participants of the Festival film and record the performance in MP4 or other video format. The records will be shown during the review of the Festival by participants themselves. Up to 10 minutes are allocated for each performance at the Festival.
The Review of Festival performances will take place in September 28, 2022 at 10 a.m. online on Zoom platform.
Festival is organized by Education Centre of Rokiskis Municipality, partner PP6 of project OCTOPUS partner PP6.
The participants are from all other 5 partner centres.
