Latgale Planning Region invites representatives of local municipalities to participate in the international final conference “Tendencies and methods of innovation management, effective change management and examples of best practice” on March 28, 2019 in Līvāni, Latvia.
International conference is dedicated to the overview of the project LLI-59 “Open Leadership” and municipalities involved in the project will present the results of changes. Well know Lean management system specialist John Adler – the founder of Telos Personnel Training in Austria – will introduce participants with innovations in European municipalities and best practices of effective change management.
We invite municipalities of Latgale Planning Region to delegate representatives to the final conference. Deadline for applications is March 21, 2019.
