Second study visit of the project “Creation of Network of Family Digital Activity Hubs for Wellbeing and Education Support in Eastern Aukštaitja and Sauthern Latgale / Network-Digihubs (No:LLI-089) partners will be arranged on September 28-29. Forty librarians from Daugavpils and Preili public libraries will visit Zarasai and Utena libraries with purpose to improve their knowledge on technology use and innovative services.
