In the event will be possible to get know:
• Presentation of the definitions of the different generations: seniors (traditionalists), maturity (boomers), X-generation (x-ers), Y-generation (millennials), Z-generation (silent generation).
• Generational differences based on research: values, experience, communication style, work approach and goals. Tips for working with different generations.
• Conflict as a clash of different values and beliefs. How to unravel it? Different “currencies” to understand the actions of partners?
• Motivation as a driving force for our behavior: internal and external motivation, why they differ significantly and how to use this knowledge at work?
