Participants are business support organisations, education/training organisations, schools, local public authorities, NGOs, business companies. Workshop will be facilitated by dr. Mikael Scherdin from Sweden.

Series of Horizontal Perspective workshops will help to integrate project achievements into local development plans and strategies. Horizontal perspective meetings will promote social entrepreneurship and public services development in an entrepreneurial way and applying PopUp Lab (Entrepreneurship Lab) methodology. It is a part of Latvia Lithuania Interreg programme project BEE Lab (Boost regional Entrepreneurship by Enabling cross border cooperation). The project started April 1, 2017 and will continue until March 31, 2019.
