Euroregion „Country of Lakes“ office in Lithuania hereby invites municipal leaders, employees of local municipalities and municipal institutions to participate in a regional practical conference „INOVATYVI VIETOS SAVIVALDA: SUSITELKIMAS TIES PASLAUGŲ KOKYBE IR EFEKTYVUMU“ (“Innovative local government: focusing on the quality and efficiency of services”) which will be held on the 6th and 7th of June, 2018.
This conference is one of the most important events of the project Open Leadership, not only looking at the number of participants (around 200), but also because of an abundance of relevant presentations (more than 20). The main objective of the regional conference is the formation of a positive employees’ attitude to the customer and the public service quality. Together with the organisers of the event, UAB “Ekonominės konsultacijos ir tyrimai”, Euroregion “Country of Lakes” responsibly formed the conference program and invited speakers who will present their experiences and insights on already implemented or ongoing changes in their organisations. Their presentations are focused on practical information that will complement the content of the training activities carried out during the project and will provide greater motivation within the path of changes. Special care has been given to ensure all regional municipalities would be represented not only by specialists of municipalities and their subordinate institutions, but also by the middle and the highest level executives at the conference. After all, changes are always inspired by leaders!
