Kick-off meeting as the first Steering Committee and Project Management Group common meeting will be held in Daugavpils for 2 days. Project’s management system on a political, institutional and strategical level will be established, Partnership Agreement will be signed and the project will be officially launched.
It is expected that 6 representatives of the Daugavpils City Council and 6 representatives of the Kaunas City Municipal Administration, also local media will participate in the event.
