- Presentation of final concept of interactive exhibition in Pavilosta
- Discussion and suggestions, recommendations for final concept
- Decision on exact information which will be printed in publication, flyers, compact discs and stands
- Choosing regional events for museum exhibition presentation
- Decision on opening program content in each country as both partners will participate in opening events
- Making plans for 2 days training in Lithuania
- Making plans for project’s publicity, discussion about promotional materials
