Training cycle for local municipalities “The availability and quality of customer-oriented services in municipalities”

Latgale Planning Region invites local municipalities of the region to participate in 10 day training cycle “The availability and quality of customer-oriented services in municipalities”.
Seventh and eighth day of the training will take place in Preiļi district on July 18, 2018 and July 19, 2018.
The training cycle of ten days focuses on image building of municipalities, communication between municipality and its public, the formation of customer-oriented service skills, dealing with difficult customers, stress and conflict management and personal effectiveness. Participants of the training will learn how to manage their work in the municipalities by using LEAN management system and LEAN tools to optimize processes in municipalities’ everyday work.
We invite municipalities of Latgale Planning Region to delegate a representative to these activities, sending information about the participant (name, surname, phone No. and e-mail) to e-mail: pasts@lpr.gov.lv. The number of participants is limited!
