The deadline for the submission of project applications for the first call for proposals is 13:00 local (actual) time in Latvia and Lithuania. The end time 5 August 2016 at 12:00 (EET) stands for Eastern European time zone which is 13:00 local (actual) time in Latvia and Lithuania. Therefore, the first call for proposals will be open from 29 April 2016 until 5 August 2016 at 12:00 (EET) (13:00 local time in Latvia and Lithuania).

This means that the project applications for the first call for proposals will be accepted until 5 August 2016 at 12:00 (EET) (13:00 local time in Latvia and Lithuania). However, project applications which will be submitted later than 13:00 local time in Latvia and Lithuania will not comply with the administrative criterion for the call for proposals end date and time as stated in the Programme manual.
