In 08-09 November 2019 an international Final workshop was organised in Liepaja University, in the frame of the project “Joint and interdisciplinary long-life learning training for professionals working with neurosensorimotor disorders (Interprof)”. Eighty professionals working with neurosensorimotor disorders from Lithuania and Latvia came together to share in good experience and expand knowledge’s of working in the field of complementary and alternative medicine. The aim of two-day workshop was to share in good experience and expand knowledge of specialists working in the field of neurorehabilititaion, with the latest scientific and practical achievements in the field of complementary and alternative medicine and promotion of multidisciplinary teamwork. During the Final workshop was organized the plenary session with the main topic of Multiprofessionality in rehabilitation. Also, there were the discussion of leading lectures from Lithuania and Latvia. During the discussion the main topic was the implementation of multi/interdisciplinary teamwork in rehabilitation in Lithuania and Latvia: current situation – pitfalls and challenges. Participants had the opportunity not only to actively participate in discussion, but also participate in World café: involving one cases studies methods, problems solving, programs for the patients.
