Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development of the Republic of Latvia as Financial control of the Programme in Latvia has published updated “Guidelines for Beneficiaries for Proper Financial Management of the European Structural and Investment Funds Objective” European Territorial Cooperation” for the Programme.

The Guidelines are binding to the lead partners and project partners from Latvia. The purpose of the guidelines is to provide practical support to beneficiaries implementing projects funded by the Programme. The information provided in the guidelines will lead to a better understanding of Programme management and control requirements that will facilitate the successful implementation of projects.
