And although from the first days of its existence, the Museum has been actively involved in the cultural life, the one thing that allows being well-balanced, it lacks. Which is – the permanent exhibition, presenting interesting Palanga land, its history and unique characters that lived and created here? So next year modern, contemporary, interactive exhibition, which is without analogues, will be installed in the Villa Anapilis and presented to the public.

It is planned that both of Palanga resort and Pāvilostas lore museum until next summer will be equipped with interactive displays that will make museums to become even more attractive to visitors. Residents will also be invited to participate in two competitions: the most beautiful cultural heritage photos and interesting exhibits. The winners of both competitions will be awarded and selected photos of the most beautiful cultural heritage will be exhibited in Lithuania and Latvia. It is also planned to issue a publication presenting the foundation history of museum of Palanga resort, which will be translated into four languages and to create a mobile app which will help to get to know with Palanga and Pāvilosta.
