Description: It was formally established in 2016 on the base of former Latvia State Institute of Fruit Growing after reorganization of the scientific institutions in Latvia, by joining three horticultural RTD institutions:Latvia State Institute of Fruit Growing, Pūre Horticultural Research Centre and farm “Vīnkoki”. New institution took over all the research activities performed in each of joined institutions.
