Agreement was signed by all 4 partners: Jūratė Mikutienė, Director of the Public Health Center of Palanga, Olga Žalienė, Director of the Lithuanian Sea Museum, Visvaldis Gūtmanis, Director of the Latvian Social Welfare Center Kurzeme, and Aigars Puks, Chairman of the Board of Liepaja Hospital Priejūras.
