Description: It is a regional level institution that consists of 21 local level municipalities. Its function is to coordinate collaboration and development in all levels. This institution is responsible for Latgale Strategy 2030 and Latgale Development Programme 2010-2017 implementation. Latgale Planning Region is involved in national and regional activities for provision of qualitative service.
