From practical skills training to specialized training to complete the business plan and launch the MVP to the market. Creazone 2.0 presents a step-by-step guide for any organization that works with young entrepreneurs, and „young” in this context is not about the age. If you have ever considered the feeling of being an entrepreneur this program let you to test your idea, gather the team and provide the necessary skills you need to have from the beginning. With the help of mentors, and business experts we reinvent traditional business models into a new and competitive solutions created for today’s market.

The overall objective of the “CREAzone 2.0” project was to create new promising businesses by combining innovative knowledge economy driven ideas with business models in traditional industries thus contributing to the long-term and sustainable rise of employment in the Lithuanian-Latvian cross-border region.

Project partners assist interested organizations in replicating the methodology of the “CREAzone” project. We foresee that there are two feasible ways to provide this kind of assistance – either to consult the respective organization, or to initiate new projects that will be led by the organization interested in replicating the “CREAzone” methodology.

Project partners are open and welcoming to any request and initiative to replicate “CREAzone” methodology on a local or international level.

LLI- 186 Creazone 2.0 – #Be Better 2019

CREAzone – is a unique and proven entrepreneurship promotion methodology aimed to help young people to create new promising businesses by combining innovative knowledge economy driven ideas with business models in traditional industries thus contributing to the long-term and sustainable rise of employment in the Lithuanian Latvian cross-border region.

„CREAZONE“ is an entrepreneurship development methodology designed to connect entrepreneurial individuals together with new business models and creative inventions – to empower them to organically become perspective entrepreneurs with new high-growth businesses.

This September project activities will be launched for the 2nd training cycle!

BE BETTER – a stage for personal skills development. It comprises 6 units of 8 academic hour training
sessions and covers such topics as:public speaking, time planning, stress management, business idea presentation and development training.

CREAzone 2.0 (Reinvent) – is a unique and proven entrepreneurship promotion methodology aimed to help young people to create new promising businesses by combining innovative knowledge economy driven ideas with business models in traditional industries thus contributing to the long-term and sustainable rise of employment in the Lithuanian Latvian cross-border region.

We are launching next training cycle for the 2019. If you are young motivated person, willing to own your own business this project is dedicated to you!

C R E A ZO N E 6 ST E P S T R A I N I N G C Y C L E INCLUDE :

B E B E T T E R – a stage for personal skills development. It comprises 6 units of 8 academic hour training sessions and covers such topics as: public speaking, time planning, stress management, business idea presentation and development training.

P I T C H I N – a stage for team formation. Participants are introduced to a list of real-life business problems and are encouraged to form teams capable of tackling the presented challenges.

T E A M U P – is the third stage of training and is a 5-day camp. The International Camp prepares business plans and helps the participants prepare for the presentation of business ideas. Representatives from corporates and academia are invited to advise project participants on further business development goals.

D E S I G N I T – Training for business idea development. Together
with mentors and business representatives, project participants explore potential ways commercialising their business ideas.

G E T STA RT E D – The Fifth and the final stage, in which project participants supported to prepare credible and validated business plans, form and manage companies as well as start trading with their first customers.

During the project implementation 2 new business entities were established. Both of them created from former members of Creazone 2.0 participants. It is foreseen that establishment of the new and accelerated growth of existing businesses will lead to creating new and maintaining existing jobs in the businesses in the Programme target regions.
During the project implementation trained more than 1106 participants from the target group. This reached result directly contribute to the main objective of the project (new promising businesses created) as well as to the program priority specific objective (employment opportunities created).
During the project improved and renewed Creazone 2.0 program. After implementation of the activities created and open sourced implementation manual: Creazone Reinvent
To ensure project results sustainability we created alliance of stakeholders, who are determined to create long-term collaboration on promotion of youth entrepreneurship, with 29 active members in it. We integrated mentors into the project activities and empowered them to gain knowledge on applying methodology and to accumulate experience of working closely with young entrepreneurs in a dynamic environment.
