The Programme welcomes Inese Jēgere, our new senior expert at Joint Secretariat office in Rīga. Inese has extensive more than 15 years of EU fund experience both at governmental institutions and municipal investment projects in Latvian cities of Valmiera and Sigulda.

She has managed projects for Estonia–Latvia–Russia Cross Border Cooperation Programme,  Interreg Baltic Sea Region Programme, Central Baltic Programme and Horizon.

For the last two years she worked at Vidzeme Planning Region.

Inese has studied environmental sciences at the University of Latvia hence has a special affection for environmental projects.
