Yesterday, on November 14, to our Saldus Business School participants, came a Member of the Board of the Development Fund “Stari” Beatrise Ķēde. At this time, was talked about the Millennials. This generation is inhabited by people born in the 1980s and 2000s. It is a generation, that demands, that services be tailored to them. Their values, needs, desires and interests are different from previous generations. Was talked about, what this generation is, what their values are in terms of work, finance etc., what is important to them and how to cooperate with them.

Next week, to the participants will come, with the entrepreneur’s story, Andris Kronbergs, owner of Conak Steel Ltd. and Sandra Fridrihsone, Saldus District Development Society, who will talk about LEADER projects. And also will be discussed the topic – How to better sell your idea?
