The Version 3 of the Programme Manual for the first call for proposals and for direct award has been issued and is effective starting from August 7, 2017. It has to be applied during the implementation of the projects approved under the first call for proposals.

Description of minor changes has been updated as well as Information and Communication requirements have been clarified.
