The Programme will be presented during Balts’ Unity Day celebrations on 22 September in Jelgava. We invite you to visit Programme’s tent at Hercogs Jēkabs square starting from 9 AM. Come and visit us for a cup of tea, to watch a premiere of Programme’s video and to see Programme’s traveling photo exhibition. The programme has prepared a quiz – first 10 people who will visit all 12 Programme’s objects in Jelgava on September 22 will get prizes and will be offered a chance to win a special prize. The programme has also thought about families with children.

Already traditional Balts’ Unity Day is an annual event celebrated to commemorate the battle of the Sun of 22 September 1236 when Lithuanians and Semigallians defeated Livonian Brothers of the Sword. Last year it was hosted by Palanga municipality, where the Programme organized a cycling trip with more than 100 participants.
