On 19 December 2017 in Daugavpils and on 20 December in Jelgava Joint Secretariat of Interreg V-A Latvia – Lithuania Programme 2014-2020 organizes communication seminars for project partners, that will aim at improving projects communication. The seminars will be held in Latvian.
