On 13 November 2017 in Kretinga and on 14 November in Vilnius Joint Secretariat of Interreg V-A Latvia – Lithuania Programme 2014-2020 organizes communication seminars for project partners, that will aim at improving projects communication. The seminars will be held in Lithuanian.
