| 13.00-15.00 | Creation of Cultural Heritage Trail ( discussing and working on provided text and visual information from the heritage objects)

§ Develop System routines – charter – reporting – policing § Develop guidance text regarding renewable energy criteria (example: Romantic) § Produce info/educational leaflet § Produce train-the-trainer PPT § Apply for additional project resources § Evaluate how to sustain the system financially, post project § Engage one student in each country for 2019 § Finalize Name logo and develop Look&Feel info sheet § Convert Resttool.com to local languages as measurement tool § Establish base line for # rooms, # of visitors & sustainability KPIs in RestTool.com § Set goals: # of businesses, energy & waste saved etc. for 1 year and 5 years.
