Project “Open Leadership” has ended but the aspiration for municipal service improvement is getting even stronger. Implementation of LEAN system showed great first results and encouraged municipalities of Euroregion “Country of Lakes” and Latgale Planning Region to strive for more changes, for even better results. Because LEAN is a never-ending process of changes.

The project video was created to present project results and invite all Lithuanian and Latvian municipalities to implement changes in their municipalities in order to create effective, sustainable, self-improving services open to all municipal residents.
