Yesterday, on November 9th, business school students with great interest and enthusiasm gathered for the training sessions. This time, to they came  a businessman, a representative of the leading global coaching company The John Maxwell Team, a certified business coach, Jānis Janovskis. The theme of this time was team building and problem solving. The expert spoke about team building, how to create it efficiently. He came across topics such as magnetism, inner circle, and process law. Was discussed the topic about  leadership in the team, and many other topics and processes affecting the team and its work. Participants have so far acquired a lot of new expertise from various experts on various business related topics to make it easier for them to start their own business, to realize the long-cherished dream, so we are looking forward to the final result of completing the training for all our Saldus Business School students.
