SalesLabs opening event took place on 19th December. Students, teachers, local government representatives, business representatives, media representatives, guests took part in this event. There were 43 participants in opening event. After solemn red ribbon cutting lot of participants congratulates project representatives. Participants was able to see presentation about project idea, implementation and overall objectives, watch pictures from project activities. Rezekne Academy of technologies acting rector mentioned, that SalesLabs opening is just a part of project. Main benefit will be for the study process when students get involved in practical studies trough SalesLab working on real life situation problem-solving solutions based on regions new product commercialization and promotion issues during the project. Rezekne City Council, Rezekne District Council and Local rural entrepreneurs asosiation took part in Opening Event with emphasising its necesity in building local entreprneurship ecosystem.
There was organized public SalesLabs opening event in Siauliai on 25th October, 2018. During the SalesLabs opening main ideas and activities were presented to the interested groups: students, business representatives and lecturers. The exhibition of goods of several local producers was organized, the products of the business enterprises that participated in the creative workshops were demonstrated, and the business contact fair took place. It is noticed that SalesLabs will act as an open creative space, where a variety of activities that improving entrepreneurship, employability and labor market adaptation, develop business cooperation at local and international levels.
