Rezekne Academy of Technologies (RTA) together with Northern Lithuania College (NLC) continues implement the project SalesLabs for employability competencies development (SalesLabs).
The project introduce a new problem-based methodology for training in real business environment. This is second year of study (3rd study semester) during the project duration. Third joint workshop in this year Teachers+Students took place at Northern Lithuania College in18.04.2019. – 19.04.2019.

On April 18th students together with teachers participated in outbound activity of workshop: problem field overview and observation – excursions to Šiauliai region companies whose business problems are included in studies. After it there was brainstorming session – group work.

As students are developing solutions for chosen business problem from local entrepreneurs on April 19th during workshop middle term results were presented. Students has been working in the teams. Their creativity was promoted. The conditions of the creative workshop was created for collaborating.

Teachers and students from NLC and RTA has the opportunity to exchange their views and insights. It helped to achieve the best result and synergy.
