The development of the new Interreg VI-A Latvia-Lithuania Programme 2021 – 2027 is going ahead. The first comments on the European Commission on the Programme document were discussed in the Joint Task Force meeting in Kaunas on 26 May.

Further preparations for the start for the Programme, such as establishment of Monitoring Committee and preparation for the First Call for the Proposals, will progress this summer and autumn. It is planned that the first meeting of the Monitoring Committee will take place already this November.
