The Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development of the Republic of Latvia, which provides functions of the Managing Authority and the Joint Secretariat of the Programme, have announced a Procurement for the Provision of Building Expert Services, in order to provide opinion on:

1) compliance of the submitted technical documentation of the construction objects planned within projects submitted for the Programme with the requirements of national regulatory enactments of Lithuania and the requirements of the Programme.

2) compliance of implemented construction works and construction execution documentation with the project and requirements of national regulatory enactments of Lithuania.

For implementation of the services at least 4 experts have to be ensured:

• At least 2 (two) certified experts in design or management or supervision or expertise of construction works of buildings with experience in design or management or supervision or expertise pursuant to the regulatory enactments of Lithuania;
• At least 1 (one) certified expert in design or management or supervision or expertise of road construction with experience in design or management or supervision or expertise of road construction pursuant to the regulatory enactments of Lithuania;
• At least 1 (one) certified expert in design or management or supervision or expertise of construction works (unspecified field) with experience in design or management or supervision or expertise in construction works pursuant to the regulatory enactments of Lithuania.

The contract with the service provider would be concluded for three years, and foreseeable contractual price of the service is up to 41 500,00 euro (excluding value-added tax). All the interested parties are encouraged to participate in the public procurement.
