This week, Saldus Business School students will meet twice a week, namely on November 15 and 16. On November 15, they will visit the University of Latvia DR. Inta Kulberga, who will focus on such topics as production, optimization, product diversification, which includes LEAN methods, strategic management process, product life cycle, new product development strategy, e-commerce, market research methods (SWOT and PEST), communication , price and competition research. On November 16, the owner of the Conak Steel Ltd Andris Kronbergs and the owner of SIA Saldus Maiznieks Raivo Blumbergs will visit the participants to share their experiences and tell them how they have gone, what they have to deal with and many other significant and interesting facts when starting a business.
