TRANSWAT Project experts from Lithuanian Energy Institute Vytautas Akstinas, Darius Jakimavičius and Project Communication Specialist Simonas Mikalauskis on September 14-16, 2021 went on an expedition, during which the flow rates in different sections of the Varduva River and the Kviste River were measured.
The aim of TRANSWAT project is to ensure joint assessment and management of trans-boundary river and lake water bodies which hydromorphological and/or ecological quality pose a risk for not meeting the EU Water Framework Directive (WFD) requirements.
